Following breakfast, it is time to explore the elegant grounds. Whether its relaxation or action you have come for, Chateau Bouffemont has something for everyone. Staff are on hand to offer help and assistance in any form – whether you wish to wander through the heart of the Montmorency Forest, go horse-riding, trekking or attend a cookery class. Montmorency Forest with its varied footpaths and tracks provides the perfect exploration ground for a morning excursion.
Taking lunch back at the Chateau is a delight. With the fresh air having whetted your appetite, our masterful chef, Aaron Politi, will design a customised, fine-dining menu in accordance with your wishes. Guests can choose between delicious seafood dishes, mouth-watering and tender meat dishes or vegetarian options with matching wines from around the world. There is also the possibility of designing your own menu around a specific theme for a wholly unique dining experience.
If you are passionate about golf, then, during the afternoon, you can peruse the prestigious Paris International Golf Club, which boasts an 18-hole course. If you wish to take things a little bit easier, then you should take a moment to rejuvenate and relax in their spa, which offers a variety of different massage therapies and treatments.
Nearing the end of the day, it’s worth making a chauffeured visit with our driver to Paris – perhaps via a short stop at Rue Saint Honoré to admire the fabulous boutiques and stylish shops. In 1925, the International Exposition of Modern Industrial and Decorative Arts was organized in Paris. As the official organizer of this event, France is a pioneer in this field. With its perfume, architects, department stores and its glassblowers, the country builds its reputation in the arts permanently.
It was only in the 60s that the Art Deco gets its name in honor of this exposition.
A style with simple geometric lines, but so characteristic…. sleek shapes …. glamorous decoration…. Art Deco inspired aristocratic families captivated by this enthusiastic movement.
Festive time in Gatsby style, glitzy and glamorous.
Directly inspired by that period, the Dandy Lounge of Château Bouffémont recalls effervescence of the Twenties and the Thirties.
Have a seat in the comfortable Chesterfield sofas and let yourself be overwhelmed by the spirit of the place; wooden furniture with industrial lines and avant-garde objects which symbolize the modernist era ahead of its time.
Ahead of its time, Art Deco also enhances the handicraft, from sculptor to craftsman in iron, from painter to glassmaker.
Noble materials lend formal beauty to this room and are highlighted with murals by painter Elisabeth Wela, adding a finishing touch to the room’s modern ambience.

Graduated from the renowned culinary academy Le Cordon Bleu, Aharon Politi then cut his teeth at Lasserre, Taillevent, La Grande Cascade and Le Grand Véfour. Within these prestigious institutions, he developed his skills learning from the greatest French Chefs, which handed down to him an absolute passion for this art.
His appetite for traveling and discovering new local products helps our Chef reviving his cuisine. A bit eccentric, sometimes tinged with a touch of insolence, his recipes have that personal touch that characterizes a great cook.
Traditional but bold, Aharon Politi’s dishes are exquisite gourmet paradoxes. They take you somewhere between your childhood memories and the discovery of new flavors. A delightful and very delicate experience that you can customize to your desires.

On Thursday, November 14th, Château Bouffémont held an exclusive event where the theme was purely Excellence.
For this occasion, our Chef Aharon Politi prepared fine dishes, and the most beautiful creations were presented to our guests:
the Italian legendary car brand Ferrari , the internationally reputed Thaitian pearl jewellery designer and producer Robert Wan, the prestigious wine from the properties of Bernard Magrez and the highly popular Iranian painter Anahita Masoudi .
During all the evening, our guests enjoyed the music of Toni Vegas …

Not so long ago, Château Bouffémont celebrated its Renaissance. Which marked the beginning
of an exciting adventure.
Now, a few months down the line the Chateau is in full swing of activity with great plans for 2014.
